    So I have edited my post, after consuming some caffeine, and I think it makes a LOT more sense now....

    Yesterday the landlord called back and let me know that we have the rental house off Blondo. I am THRILLED... leave next Thursday on a one-way trip to Philly to help Brandon drive to Nebraska.

    Also spent about 5 hours shadowing the vet tech students and the DVM at Vatterott College. They have surgeries scheduled on Wednesday, and they encouraged me to check it out.. see if I could "handle" it. I watched them prepare 2 dogs for neutering.. oh dear lord those poor dogs. The procedure itself was pretty fast, straightforward (don't worry, Chocolate, no details incoming). The worst part was watching them pre-med the dog, and anesthestize it.. why? Because one of the girls had NO clue what she was doing, and even fucked up putting the needle in his vein. Last year I had to inject myself several times cuz I was trying an experimental treatment for my psoriasis... so I KNOW how to inject... she clearly did not. The Doctor was very nice, answered all my questions, and told me to call if I had any more.

    Looking forward to starting school, moving out of my folks house, not hearing their fucking dogs bark at EVERYTHING, or exchange students making ungodly racket at 4am in the room above mine. I'm looking foward to having sex on a regular basis and not sharing walls with neighbors.
